Hey! I just bought my truck about 2 weeks ago used and it had a old beat up body on it, so i decided to give it a go and paint a new body. Let me know how it is for my first one! thanks..

Did you make the paint mask yourself? Looks good, lets see some close ups of the paint lines.

I got the paint masks off the internet, but yea i made them myself with masking tape if thats what you mean. I dont have any close up pics right now but the lines are sharp clean lines..no leaks under the masking..

Well, it looks very good all around, and if you say the lines are clean , that's even better. My first paint job was orange flames and blue too, but i have taped the car up, drew the mask, peeled it off, cut it out, and put it back on. It didn't stick very well so i had lots of leaks, but you did a good job.

Good Body! The only suggestion that I have for you if this will be your scheme for a while is that on future bodies, on the sides, let the flames start a little bit earlier.

well the reason i started them so far down the side is because that is the way they are painted on jeff gordons real car..
