I juss bought a pro-line Ford F-150 truck body for my Maximum mt pro. It was my first body i ever painted. I painted it black with a little blue and a little bit og over spray got on the wheel welds and i can't get it off. There is no film on it either and i thought there would be? Does anyone know how to get it off?

No, not all bodies have protective film.
As for taking off overspray, try denatured alchohol, it should lift it right off. You should be able to pick it up cheap at a hardware store. Ethyl alchohol will work as well, Everclear is a popular brand name.

Well im in luck then because i have a full bottle of denatured alcohol that i use to clean my one way bearing in my maxx.
