Yup, that's right. The new speed record at a sanctioned event for an electric SAW boat is now 102.9!

This fast boat is owned a Joerge from Germany. It was powered by 32 cells, a lehner motor, custom controller and a modified 1945 prop.

Think electrics are still slow?
