Hi, I am looking for a set of plan for any 2000-2002 hydro.
I know that Newton Marine has very nice ones but to get them from Canada would cost me around $80.00. I can work with any kind of format from dxf to just scan bmp from a regular scanner and translate it to autocad.

Umm... have you asked Roger how much it would be to ship? I know domestically, shipping is free. I know it won't cost $45 to ship a set of plans to Canada.

Yes but with custom fees,taxes and the money exchange it should be around $80.00 according to a friend in ontario who bought one.

I have sent many things to Canada and it's never cost anymore than like $10 to ship.

OK lets do a little calculation`

lest say the plan is $35.00 plus $10.00 for shipping=$45.00 US, convert that to canadian dollar an today according to the Tower Hobbie caculator the result is $70.80 canadian.
To that you have to add the custom and taxes fees could be more than the $80.00 I said
