Thought I'd post a quick picture of my latest project. The subject line pretty much says it all. The wingspan is 30" and the AUW should end up under 9oz. The motor/gearbox is the trusty GWS DX-A. Servos, receiver, and speed control are GWS as well. I plan on using a Qualcomm lithium battery as the flight pack. I'm putting a new page together for my website that will contain all the details. It will be up in a few days. Be sure to visit if you have time...

The Corsair flew really well and I think it will be a great flyer as soon as I get the throws adjusted. I had things set up way too "hot" and on top of that it was pretty darn cold with a decent breeze blowing at times. Regardless I'm extremely pleased with this project. The landing was one of my worst. I had to make a quick adjustment at the last second when I found out that my "filming buddy" wondered out onto the middle of the runway. I'm sorry that the video quality isn't any better, but I think silentflightonline has a 3MB video size limit.
