This Thread will be here for questions on Micro Racing in NC. We race HPI Micros and 1/10th scales on an small indoor carpet track.

No. That will be coming in the future. The owner is just getting in the computer age. I have been repersenting the track on the web to help him get started and I really want to see the Micro racing grow. Robert can be reached at 919-563-7034 after 4 M-F and 10_4 Sat until Christmas. The track is open for practice anytime he is there.

Come check out this track. It's small, but a great place to come race when it's cold or damp outside. Located in the wonderful downtown area of Mebane. They will race anything, micro's, 1/12, 1/10 and legends. Just bring it.
Whats the address? You got a lil map for us? :)
Is there a more precise schedule for when the palce is open? It would be pain to drive out there and have the place closed.
Having to call Robert everytime to see if he's there is not extremely convinient either :)

99 percent of the time he is there between 4-8pm and the track is open. If the weather is bad then he is there from 12-8pm. He has a crane service that controls the amount of time he is there. The hobby shop is open 12-8 Tues. thru Fri. Sat he is there from 10-4 with the track open til Christams. The track and hobby shop are located at 108 North Fourth Street in Downtown Mebane. It is hard to miss because there is a go cart body mounted to the front of the building.

There is suppose to be a big micro race this Sunday at the track. A 500 lap race is scheduled.

At first the 500 lap races was going to be for a trophy but now it is for money. Robert is going to pay out all the entry fee tothe top 50% of the winners.:eek: ooh

RJ won the race Sunday. Eight drrivers showed and it was a very clean race and one that I hope to do again in the future. Thanks to Robert, Don and all the drivers for making this work. If you haven't driven a 500 lap race then you are missing out on some of the most fun you can have. I will keep this board posted on the next one. :D

We are having a after Christmas race on Friday so that everyone can test what Santa has delivered. This is an open race so bring whatever. The fun starts at 5:00pm.:D

We are racing every Thursday Nite at 7:00pm. The classes are 4 cell stock Micro, 5 cell Super Stock Micro, and 2 Wheel Drive Trucks. All races are for trophies. The turn out has been good and more people are showing up every week. If you want another class and can get the people together to run it we will put it on.:eek:

hi...im mike from jerrys track in burlington...and i also raced at steves track in level cross.
i raced legend cars...its nice to know that a new track is now open again...ill come check you out possibly next week provided we dont get bombed again with snow..lol:)
