I just got New Batteries, 24OO's POWER MAXX PEAK's..And they run out in 7 minutes? I charged them for about 25 minutes. AND My Stampede ALWAYS RUNS FULL BLAST WHEN I PLUG A BATTERIE PACK IN? I CHECKED THE CONTROLS; I CHECKED EVERYTHING. I DON'T GET WHY ITS DOING THIS? its a MSC so.

Are they Nicads or NiMh? Are they warm after you have charged them? If they are NiMh, try Charging them slower, they don't liked to be charge much faster than 1C or 2.4 amps per hour in this case (unless they are designed to be quick charged).

I can't believe you got those. Those are junk packs, I had some and they were just as bad. You are better off with some good packs from pro match (http://www.promatchracing.com/).

HEY,give me a break, Im only a kid and I don't really know what get. Its not like I had TONS of money to spend on batteries. The pack says 2400 mah but then bye the little yellow thing it says,
Ni-Cd recycle! So Im guessing there NICD'S? And they feel A LITTLE warm after I charge them. The said Charge them for about 25 minutes, and DIScharge for about 5. And I got a 15 minute charger. so I gotta turn it about two times!

First off, I'd recommend a peak charger instead of your timed charger.
What rate does your timed charger charge at? I guess you've done some maths already to work out how long the 2400's need to be on charge for. Charged packs come off warm, so your probably getting close to a full charge.
Your MSC is running full blast for one of two reasons - either your servo horn/trim is set wrong (i.e. on full whack when it should be neutral), or your MSC has got worn/damaged and is sticking at full throttle. An ESC might be a good upgrade, either that or thoroughly cleaning and readjusting the MSC.
Seven minutes doesn't sound too bad to me - but it depends on the motor you are using - if your MSC is in bad condition, that wastes power - and if you're using a low-turn motor, that'll cause more problems. Check the truck rolls freely when the pinion is off the motor.

I got a set of those too, yes they can be bad, one pack had a bad cell that burned out (I turned it into a motor break in pack) but the other pack is doing just fine (I only use it for bashing tho),, just be sure to properly charge them and discharge with each use.
If your still running the 20T stinger motor in your stampede 7 min of run time is not bad at all.
I would recommend a peak charger tho, the super brain 959 is a economical choice at about $47 at tower hobbies
Good luck and good driving

Well I couldn't drive my truck with the new batteries because It always goes FULL BLAST, So I was using them in my bandit. It has a ESC with a 17 turn DOUBLE motor. And I get about 7 minutes MAX. NOW my TIMED charger I no idea how it charges,Theres this little dial that goes from:0-5 but it doesn't work anymore. It always stays at 1. Mayby its not charging them enough because of the charger. Its a Hobbico 9100,Have had it about 4 years. I was playing with my BANDIT today and the NEW BACK TIRES on the right side CAME OF THE WHEEL. I only GLUED the outsides of the tires,Looks like I needed to glue both sides on EACH TIRES. But I got new SHOCK OIL today,And there were bottles going from 15-80 and I got the 35 one;thinking the lower the number thinner the oil. It seems pretty thick. Thanks for all your time and answers everyone. Im still learning!

Lower number thinner oil is correct.
