I bought some nice hard plastic cutting boards (about 8mm thick) and used a jigsaw and drill press to make a shock tower, and next I'm going to make some a-arms. Only 10 bucks and I have a set of three small boards that will make a lot of parts. In the past I bought a cutting board that was too soft and it wasn't as good as the set I just bought. Finding them thin enough is kinda of fun (not), I had to shop around.
