what should i put on my savage for more speed. remember im not that experenced and need simple and cheep hop ups. im not willing to change the motor. thanks

Get a good pipe. I recommend a Novaorssi, or RB pipe (86 for all around performance, 63 for low-mid end)

bigger clutch bell and a smaller spur gear.. about as cheap as speed gets and still being safe

you can add a 15 tooth clutch bell n e thing bigger then that you will have to get a smaller spur other then that they got you covered

Hey i am getting a savage also(my first nitro car) and i was woundering if anybody could give me a link as to where i could get a clutchbell with more teeth.

You can fit a 15t and a 16t clutch bell in the Savage stock. 15t is A815 and you need the roller bearing for it. 16t ia A976 and uses the bearings with the Savage. Both part numbers are HPI from the nitro onroad cars. Alot of people stock them.

its the same clutch bell as the nitro RS4 3

RS4 3 SS. I think the Rs4 3 uses a 5x8 brg. and not the 5x10 in the Savage and SS. All will work but you may need the other bearing.
