Thought i'd help you learn from my mistakes.
1st
DO listen to what the experienced people on this forum say, they know what they are on about.
2nd
DONT ignore their advice and use paints that arent specially for lexan (2 pack acrylic doesnt stick and comes off in sheets).
3rd
If you do decide to do it your way (like me) be prepared to ruin a brand new HPI S2000 body.
4th i'm pissed right off.
