Whats the best process to make sure my body sits right. I tried cutting everything while the body was clear and that ddint work. So i painted then mounted, still ends up uneven. Any ideas? Also does anyone know what to use if you mess up a little, paint thinner, alcohol etc. Thanks

Well it takes time to get it right. The best way I know of currently is to place the body on the car before you cut it out and mark the body mount holes with a sharpie pen. That's the difficult part because it's always going to want to squirm out of position. Also it helps if you cut your posts down the height you need. That way the body sits parallel with where it will sit once it's mounted. That will take out some of the error due to odd angles and such. As for fixing mistakes the best thing is Bolink Body Wash. That'll clean up pretty much any type of mistake you can make. Just be sure to clean the area with alcohol or windex after you use the body wash because it leaves a film behind that paint doesn't like to stick to.

InspGadgt has it rignt! :) - do it clear, cut your body posts down and use body wash followed by alcohol for mistakes. The only things I could add is to make sure your body posts are straight and make sure the holes are marked an even distance from any molded body lines.
