I want to make a monster truck, something that can do some decent crawling. The thing is, I want it cheap and somewhat smaller than normal. I was going to just rip apart my electric 4-tec and use its front and rear sections and some 2.2 ST tires, the thing is there isn't much ground clearance for my wannabe pumpkin. Also, mounting for the 4 link would be difficult.
So... My question to you guys is this: Is there a 4WD RC truck that I can use as a base for under $60 or right around there, that also has a scale close enough that I can use 2.2's? If you could give me the name of the truck and where I can get it, or even a link I would greatly appreciated it. Oh yeah, I have the electronics to run it, so I would be tearing out the existing radio/servo, and if the motor stinks, that too. Thanks!
