Savage 21 shifting

My Savage is awesome. My wife bought it for me for Christmas. I have only one issue. The 2-speed tranny doesn't shift. I have a T-Maxx that my wife bought me last year. When it shifts it is obvious. You can hear the change. The Savage (if it is shifting)doesn't seem to operate the same way:confused:
Any ideas.

My Savage only shifted after I finished tuning, it had to get to a high enough RPM. Loosen the screw on the 2 speed hub some to get it to shift earlier, and it should be fine. Make sure you get the correct screw, the one one that is at an angle. The screw that goes straight needs to be threadlocked. Have fun with it!
