It's been pretty well established that these Tmaxx duel exhausts can wreck engines, aren't even close to being a tuned exhaust, amd are made up of about $2 worth of copper plumbing parts. I can think of MANY better ways to spend $50 than waste it on this junk. The 2.5 stock tuned pipe may be ugly but it works well. The only reputable 2.5 tuned pipe is the Ritter, looks even funkier than stock but is supposed to work well.

No offense to RCCA, but they really need to loosen the censors up. Links keep getting ruined because of them.

Note: One that doesn't work is R C M T (without spaces). What is bad about the letters R C M T (besides the fact that the R C M T is the single most crappy site I have seen in a long time:rolleyes: )?

Oh and have any of you noticed a pressure fitting on these "pipes"???

I cant wait ti'll Traxxas come out with an aluminum pipe, this one is pretty ugly, but as robc said, it dose work well!!! I'm still wondering about the first one.........

I'm new to this forum. I've ahd my TMaxx for about a month now. Just starting on the 2nd gal of fuel. I ordered a Quadzilla pipe and installed it. Works great, lot's of noise, top speed is unreal., probably 5mph faster than my daughter Ofna 9.5.
Drawbacks are hard to start, primimg the carb takes 2 people, and it wants to run lean on long runs at full throttle, plus it is extremely heavy causing uncontrolable wheelies and back flips.
