what do u guys think about a trinity 15 pull start- standard exaust in a tmaxx? how much power? mail me or im me:D

I assume you are talking about the Trinnity/Picco .15 engine. If so, it is a power house with lots and lots of low end torque. I have one in my RC10GT and I am running 18/58 gearing (Had to modify the chassis plate to get it in!) and even with that high gearing it will still pull wheelies while moving and from a standing stop if it has enough traction. It doesn't rev as high as I would like, so there is a possiblity it won't be as fast as the T-Maxx 2.5 with stock gearing, but I have no doubt that can be corrected with a new clutch bell and spur gear.
So, while I have not ran the Picco in a T-Maxx, I beleive that it would run very, very well in this heavy application due to it's insane bottom end torque. Either way, it will be a HUGE increase over the stock .15 TRX engine.

Are you talking about the older Trinity/Picco .15 with the black crankcase? I have the newer XP-15, they put a better carb on it and changed some other things. The torque is insane but so is the high end. It flat screams. I highly recomend this engine.

Yup, mine was the old model. I never had any issues with the carb, but I was also running very high nitro fuel (due to altitude and general power insanity) so both needles where a lot more open than normal. Overall, I found it to be a complete blast, but it just wouldn't overrev as much as I thought it should. But with all that torque, I could gear it up to get the top end I wanted and still have parts breaking torque.
Actually, the parts breaking is what convenced me it had enough power: it got to the point where I was having to upgrade major parts in the transmission to get it to run more than two or three runs without pulling it out due to some failure. And unlike the T-Maxx, the GT already has a very strong, reliable transmission! It's even more so with aluminum gears and CVDs...
