I have a 5-cell pack, how can I charge it w/ my super brain charger? What kind of adapter do I need? Thanks.
Here's what I did for my 959, hope you have a decent LHS. Go to your LHS, take your RX batt with you. Buy a connector set that matches your batt's connector, buy a Tamiya connector set (matches the charge cable connector on the 959). Make a short cable harness with the Tamiya connector on one end and the battery connector on the other. I recommend soldering the wires if you can or use a wire splice. Total cost at my LHS was about $4 and took 5 minutes to make. Word of advice on the 959. If you are charging a NiMh RX battery I would charge at 1.5 amps or less and set the delta threshold at 20 or you can overheat your Nimh and damage it.
