Has anybody had any good experiences with NitroHouse? I attempted to order a steering servo saver and steering axle from them. My girlfriend called and placed the order to be shipped COD on Thursday evening. The store employee told her it was too late to ship, gave her the order total including shipping and said to call back the next afternoon for the tracking number from UPS. Calling back late in the afternoon Friday they could not find the order in the computer by name, address or order total. However, they did have the exact same order to the same zip code with the wrong address and the wrong name. Shipping had already gone out for the day so the order would not have been shipped until Monday if we placed the order again. My girlfriend told them to cancel the order because of the confusion and it taking so long to ship and they said they couldn't find it to cancel it. We called back hoping to talk to the same person that took the order in the first place and he said the other guys were idiots that he knew the order was there and shipped and they should have found it in the computer. He then proceeded to call my girlfriend Wayne and tell her that our address is different than what she told him it was. She was put on hold for 20 minutes and finally hung up. NitroHouse called a few minutes later looking for Wayne to inquire about his order. We ended up ordering the parts from Ace Hobbies and would be hesitant to order from NitroHouse in the future. Ace Hobbies was just over $10.00 cheaper anyway!!!
