Capacitors

I was thinking about attaching a 50v 2200uf capacitor onto my ESC... should i or shoudn't i do it?? is a 50v capacitor to big?? just curious casue i don't want to blow up my ESC or anything:o

My advice is only to fit a capacitor if the manufacturer advises it - and then to use the one that's recommended.

Capacitors are there to smooth the power supply more than anything else.
