Have you herd of Klots oil's...If you find out the oil percentages in the fuel and get some extra oil you can tecknally make your own bash fuel.
I'm looking around for a fuel I can call my own. Right now I'm using Wildcat Quick fire Plus (18% oil I increased it to like 21%oil)
When I find the Fuel that I like I'm going to buy a four gallon case and a five gallon fuel container and Mix the fuel with the addatives I use and use that fuel.
Right now I've tried
Red Alert (I liked this fuel the best)
O'Donnell (Race, this was an accident was looking for bash)
Trinity Monster horsepower
Wildcat Quick Fire Plus
Traxxas top fuel

Odonnel and Byron 20% are Traxxas recommended fuels for the older TMaxx TRX .15. Either one should be ok to run in your truck. But they also go on to say that Top Fuel will give you the best engine life. They also say once you start running a certain fuel that you should not switch around.
Have you thought about ordering your own fuel. I believe that www.towerhobbies.com will ship to Canada.

So dose that mean if we switched fuels we have hurt our motor. I went from 20% top fuel to 20% bryons original race because it was cheaper. I think the bryons has more lubrication, but I'm not sure. Dose any one know the lubrication % in top fuel?

see the problem is that it is very illegal to ship fuel to a person across the border. He is kinda stuck getting it from his LHS.. or a really long drive somewhere else..

When I read it in the manual it said if you start running 20% then you should continue to run 20% thru the life of the engine. It did not mention to much about switching blends of fuel. If you are going for more lube in my thoughts should be ok.
Some of the stuff they write in the manual is a marketing ploy to get you to buy their fuel.
Did not know about the fuel across the border thing since I live in the US.

i could order from towers but i aint waitin' like 3 months for it to come across the border.... we have really strict laws about explosive chemicals being shipped here... it takes 2 weeks to get fuel from toronto... i live an hr away from toronto so thats bad!
