I destroyed :) my torq21 motor that came with the truck and want to replace it with a stronger, better motor. Stock motor always was hard to start after warmed up so I want a better one. Whats a good replacment? Im willing to splurg a little on the motor so whats out there?

Hyper 8 port, XTM 24.7, and the Force .25 would probobly all be good choices without busting the wallet too bad...
If you wanna go a bit higher, the S7 is a great engine!
For best torque- 1.XTM 24.7 2.Force .25(not quite as good, but a bit cheaper, like $30-40)
For good torque, good mid, and great top- 1. S7, this engine screams up on top, 2. Hyper 8 port, has a little more torque, but not much, still screams on top, just not quite as much as the S7, but your talkin about $70 price difference...
If you really wanted to go insane, get a C4 or C5, or maybe a Black Magic, but expect to spend about 400 shmackers :eek:
the power of those engines are almost unspeakable though...

Hyper 8 port if you want more top end. XTM .247 for more torque. About the same price but expect to buy a oversized head for the XTM if you want to run it when it is over 50deg. Huey:)

Depends on what price range. I like the ofna and omega picco .21 engines. Do you wan't to keep the pull start or go with a starter box? That decides alot too. The XTM .247 is a very good choice too.

I have a TQ and I just replaced the crappy Torq 21 engine not too long ago....
I was gonna go with the XTM but decided against it....I put the OS .21 RZ in it with this rascal pumping out 2.4hp and this thing jerks wheelies like mad.....
The only thing about it is that you will have to get a starter box if you haven't got one already.....
