How Do You GEt Tha Chrome off the MAXX rims>>?

how do you get the chrome off the t-maxx 2.5 rims? because i want to dye them or paint them!

do you use steel wool?

A steel wool pad will take the chrome off- Dyeing the rims will work a lot better than painting them

i believe just spray some oven cleaner on it and let it sit. it should come right off.

a little lacquer thinner on a rag will wipe the shiny off those rims real quick. I use rit dye for dyeing and it comes in a multitude of colors and when you are dyeing your rims the longer it stays in the darker the color. Hope it helps

im not sure but i think nail polish remover takes it off, i know it takes the chrome off the bumpers
