warped plywood

Can anyone tell me how you get warps out of plywood?
I need to straighten a bulkwood that is warped quite badly.
Suggestions?

Do you mean bulkhead? If you can't replace it, one old trick is to get the wood wet then hit it with a steam iron to bend it back into shape.
