R. Chandonnait,
I am sorry to say that I have no answer to you question but I can tell you what I would do if the project was mine.
I would be searching for a canopy and wheel pansts of the same scale dimension and adapt them to the Pitts S2B design.
Plexiglass canopies can be molded, up to certain extent, by using a heat gun or a kitchen oven. All you have to make is a positive mold of the Pitts's canopy by carving a piece of wood and let the heat soften the plexiglass on it. In order to leave the canopy surface smooth you have previously to spray some synthetic paint on and apply a little of siliconin grease on the mold surface as releasing agent. Finally trim the excess off up to the needed shape.
I did it a couple of times and the result was not bad at all.
For the wheel pants I would nearly do the same but instead of melting the plastic material I would modify its shape by adding fiberglass fabric and epoxy.
Once the epoxy has cured you can sand to shape and finish by acrylic paint or whichever covering you prefer.
Well, at the end of the day it is what your eyes can see that does matter and not what is beneath it.
Regards,
Franco

Check out http://www.carlgoldbergproducts.com/pitts.htm and check out their Pitts Monster and maybe their canopy will fit.

Also, you might be able to use a canopy for the Lanier RC Pitts. I just got one to use on a scratch design of a 1/4-scale Acro Sport II Biplane
