complete novice-have J-3 cub 9' wing span 7' fuselage-weighs
20 lbs. want engine to push the limits. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello Colvid,
My flying buddies think very highly of the Zenoah line. The G-62 would be my choice at that size and weight.

Ive got a 9 foot J-3 with a OS-300 Twin swinging a 20x10 prop, and it pulls it like a fighter, but still sounds like a cub.... the gassers have a tendency to sound like you're cuttin trees in a forest!!!
Ps. had to put the batts in the tail to get CG in range
