I dont know where to put them. Its a reedy 19 turn spec class motor. I need help cause my dad is soldering it like right now. I dont know where to put the littl capcitors on the motor. It has like the tab in the middle on one side and the other no tab. THe motor has no symbols to say which side is which(- or +) But on the side with the tab it says + and on the opposite side it has the same thing. Help. ON the top it says B19 liked etched. HELP.

Solder one cap from neg side to little tab, one from pos side to little tab, and one from pos side to neg side. Dats it.

i know that but idk what side is which to put it on. On one side it has 3 tabs 2 big and one small. ON the other it only has 2. Neither says which is positive or negative. On the sides with the tab the only say+. And it doesnt say which is postive or negative. You catch my drift?

the side with the three tabs is the one you ont to soder the capcitors on solder two of the capcitor from one of the big tabs to the little and do the same thing again wit the second big tab and then solder another capacitor from one big tab to the other i hope that helps

It doesn't matter when soldering caps since you are covering the whole gamut of possibilities, i.e., pos to post, neg to post, and pos to neg. The three tabbed side is the one to use. Solder a cap from each big tab to the little tab, and then solder a cap between the two big tabs. The + side that is marked + is the + side. Period. Try to imagine a line dividing the endbell. Whatever side has the + on it is the + side. Solder motor wires to the side with the 2 tabs.

Hope this helps as that's one of the motors I race with. If you are appling a set of wire to connect the motor to the ESC solder the capacitors this way using 3. The motor brush screws should be anodized Positive screw is RED, Negative is Black. The positive side has a molded + on the endbell and on the negative is a -. Solder one capacitor to positive(+) motor tab (big) and the other end to small tab (endbell screw tab) the second from negative motor tab to the end screw tab. Solder the third cap to the positive and the other end to the negative motor tab (large). You'll have all three solder to same end leaving room to solder the motor leads to opposite end of motor.
