I just got a new Hitec Lynx Tx and a Hitec DSC Rx. I also got a 6v Rx battery. I hooked it all up to set it up for this weekend and after a couple minutes of the radio being on, it starts to gitter, crazy gittering. It's non stop and very crazy, the servo's move from end point to end point, randomly. If I turn off the Tx, it will stop. Sometimes if I turn the Tx back on, it will continue to gitter, but other times i have to move one of the servo's to get it to start gittering. Not sure what's going on. Both batteries are fully charged.

Any ideas? Thanks

Also, I don't know if it is part of the problem, but the throttle servo doesn't have brake anymore. I noticed this after the first time the gittering happened.

What model Tx and Rx? Also, how is the voltage of your Tx batteries? Rx batteries?

My guesses:
1-servo plugged in backwards
2-frayed antenna wire touching something
3-frayed servo wire touching something
4-gremlins:D

Update: I was setting up the radio and it started to glitch, so I said what the hey and let it go. After 1 min the battery was dead and didn't have enough power to even move the throttle servo. i dont think it was glitching enough to make the battery dead.

Tx: Hitec Lynx 3D Synthesized, 75-MHz
Rx: Hitec DCX Dual Conversion 3 ch.
Tx Batt: 10.8v I believe, don't know what brand batteries, whatever came with it.
Rx Batt: 6v 1100 MaH Trinity Pack, Blue

be sure that both your Tx and Rx batts are fully charged. is your anntena damaged, touching aluminum or graphite?

Ive had the same system for a few years and have never had a single glitch, even when my anntena on my radio was broken in half.

I gave the Rx battery a good charge, all night, and drove it in today at the track. It worked very well and the battery was good for about six runs. Then it started to glitch. I'm pretty sure its just the Rx battery. Once it gets below 5.10v or so it will begin to glitch.
