Which of the two are better? I am looking for a new radio cause I tink its time to step up from an airtronics blazer ;) I am going to be racing with it also.
the lynx has been discontinued. the new radio should be out soon.

Heh, well I own a lynx 3d and like it very much, but I don't kid myself that it's better than an M8. When I priced them out though, the 3d was hundreds cheaper for a complete setup, so the choice was easy for me.

If you can afford it go with the M8. The lynx has almost all the features for a much lower price. I own a lynx and dont regret buying it, though I may pick up a M8 sometime if moey allows.

what justifies the m8 being more expensive than the lynx 3d if they both ahve the same features?

Speed and feel. The M8 has an amazing command to response time which allows you a greater feel of the car. Difficult to explain unit you have tried it for yourself.

I have a Lynx 3D, and if you are moving up from a blazer you won't miss the M8. Get a discontinued Lynx 3d with spectra and synth receiver for under 250 on ebay. Brand new in box. I did and love it.
