here is a f-14 that i am working on.
I am only going off of drawing to build this plane but hope soon to have it done up in cad format.
I have been working on it for the past 3 week about 3 hours a day. I hope soon to make it a full kit all in fiberglass. but first need to see it it flys. this is just a sport scale plane that will fly on a 46 size engine.
This one does not have wing that fold back but the next one will
I do hope to fly in the next few week but we will see.

And here is my scaled down version of this design, with pusher power, motor is buried in the fuse, carbon extension shaft, 3S LiPoly 2600 Irate cells.Fully controllable wing sweep.
Uses 6 servos,UBEC, Geoff Sim electronic servo sweeper, can be slowed down for scale transition speed, with 3 selectable settings.
AUW RTF is 35 oz (motor is a Mega 16/15/4, turning a 6 x 4 prop) No gear, handlaunch.

Nice lookin' bird. Like the color scheme too, VF-84 Jolly Rogers. Do you have functional stabilators for full swept back flights? How about the flaperons? Can you tell I've been around "Cats" before? If you do a larger version, might I suggest using the color scheme from the VF-1 Wolfpack or VF-2? They really stood out on the flight deck of the USS Kitty Hawk during it's Western Pacific cruise back in 1984. Too bad I can't show you the pictures in my Cruise Book :(
