Like:
Durable, GREAT aftermarket support, easy to assemble/dissasemble and maintain, cheap, overall great little truck.
Dislike:
Stock steering servo WILL strip within a few weeks (RTR versions), ESC is good but could be better (RTR versions).

the steering servo it comes with is metal gear and that truck can take alot of abusement with out breaking

I love the E-pede but i keep breaking the caster blocks. When i go off big jumps.

The stock RTR electric Stampede has plastic servo gears. I have done taken mine apart and looked many times. The stock servo can take little abuse before it strips. Mine lasted about 5 or 6 days before the insides stripped out. I think only the heavy-duty servos in the T/E-Maxxes have metal gears, but I'm not sure it they even have them.
As far as durability, I have an example. After 1 year of abuse and hard running, the only damage I have caused is a slightly bent hinge pin in the c-hub up front. Pretty good.
