Bruiser Trans Trouble

Is there any place I can purchase Bruiser gears one of mine striped? Right now I am almost thinking of swapping in an e maxx tranny what do you think?

i would try searching ebay. you can find alot of parts for the bruiser on there. But if you want you could just sell me your bruiser at low cost.!! :) :) but seriously try ebay

If you want to restore it, go ebay. If you want to run it, go E-Maxx. I think it's like $100 or so for the complete tranny, and I doubt you could rebuild the Bruiser tranny for that on ebay, if you can even find the gears separate (Weren't they only sold as assembled units?).

Yes your right it is factory assembled an I looked on ebay and found nothing unless I want the complete trans 100.00. So I think I will swap in a maxx trans 2 speed twin 550 I dont know if I can run the 550s with the stock speed control?

go to the r c m t.net (take out spaces)board and ask, I think there is a company that sells tranny parts

I have been trying for weeks to register with R C M T. But I guess I can contact the administrator to see if he can fix the login problems. I don't want to install a maxx tran now that I look at it the shifting linkage is on the other side and it would need custom mounts drive shafts and I may have to remove the radio box. So I guess I am still undecided. Well anyway here is a pic of the gear.
