which MT?

im going to buy an MT, but i dont know which one. i like the tmaxx, but i herd there is a problem w/ the supply of there glow plugs. a savage might turn out to be a little expensive, but then again, so will the maxx. i like the terra crusher too. wat about other trucks? any other idea (thuinder quake??)


which one should i get? money is a little tight. can anyone post pros/cons of each truck. tell me about your trucks (any MT). i want to make a wise desicion. thanks a lot

you will want to stick to either the t-maxx or the savatage so you can get replacement parts easly.

they are both great trucks but with the maxx you WONT get finger blisters,

Check out both trucks and see which one you like the looks of more.

but you don't have to worry because they are both great trucks.

go with tmaxx and dont worry about the traxxas crap plugs got to a os #8 there a lot better

oh yea definitely go with the t-maxx.... i just saw the new 2.5 run roday and it is amazing. i thought it was a .21 before i went up to take a look at it and talk to the guy.... the truck is really great...

Sry to say but this might turn into one of those "My Maxx is better than your savage" or "My savage is better than your Maxx". Try not to turn into one of those. This person wanted pro's and con's not get this or get that.

I've said this in other threads but i'll say it agian. Go with the truck that appears in your neighborhood the most, you could race them with the same truck for a fair race and you can exchange parts to see if a part is broken. If no one in your neighborhood has a truck then answer the question: 'What will I do with it?'

Pro's-
-Savage- .21 sized engine(mild), great suspension, easily upgraded, 30mph, more
-T-maxx2.5- strong .15 engine(i heard its 1.33hp?), fast(40mph), light weight, easily upgraded, widemaxx suspension (adjustable), electric starting, Excellent costomer service, more

Con's-
-Savage- Reverse module required for reverse(45$),
-T-Maxx2.5- .15 sized engine(can't use .21 without conversion-more $$)

The list is longer for the tmaxx2.5 in pro's because i have not researched as much about the savage, it has more pro's. If any of this information is wrong PLEASE post my wrongs and correct them. Go to www.hpiracing.com for the savage and www.t-maxx.com for the t-maxx. This would be too long of a post if i included anymore trucks, so i stuck to the most popular.
