Kyosho Alpha Honda S-2000 RTR

I am intreted in getting this car. What is the speed in mph out of the box. Also what are some good hop-up options for overall performance(speed, handeling, etc.).

It should be in the upper teens stock, maybe 18mph. Some good performance mods are oil shocks and ball bearings, and then a better motor when you are ready for it. Stickier tires would probably be a good addition too.

It goes about 15 MPH if even that . I had one and it was pretty fun for a first R/C car but I should have saved up for something better . Also its actually a rally car in disguise , the really old ones were desinged to be a rallly car and they even came with rally car bodies . The chassis hasn't changed in the S2000 , just the wheels , tires and ESC .Save your money and do it right .

it aint that bad, ive had it since feb i think. ive added 8 t esc, 10/2 motor, still on bushings :(, new tires, wheels, and a met blue skyline gtr body. its great
