This one didn't quite turn out to what was in my mind. The knot design on the hood is too brown. It was supposed to look gold/ chrome. The hound looks ok, but I would do many things differently.
Opinions welcome!

last one plus some details...
The body is painted in a custom green over a metal flake. The windows have three shades of black. The knot strip is several browns and yellows. I can't recall the number of custom colors I used on the hound. Masking is all BDLM.
Thanks,
Dave

there always after me lucky charms.
Seriously though, niiice. I've got problably 2 dozen books on knotwork in my collection. I thought about doing a knotted car, but i'm not going through that headache until I get a vinyl cutter.

Thanks guys,
I wanted something different that would show what's possable with a RC car body. The pictures don't show the Gold Metal Flake well at all, but in the sun, the thing really sparkles.
The creature is a hound. It was either that or a horse for the hood. The black outlines were much easier than expected. I now need to learn to cut smoother lines and control paint density better.
