I registered an older copy with you some time ago. Can I download the updated version and not have to re-register it?

Yes, Mike.
The registration is 'una tantum', ie you must register only one time in you life and then you can have for free passwords for your PCs.
The application code doesn't change for the newer version of Profili 2, so it's enough for you to download the update and install it.
