Saw a commercial for a new Krylon product, Fusion. Supposedly, this paint is designed for plastics, with no sanding or priming necessary, just a quick cleaning with thinner. Anyone else heard of this stuff? It's available in 16 colors as of now...perhaps more later on.

I'm hoping that this Krylon product is more resistant to chipping.

I just saw the Krylon stuff on TV last night and it got my wheels spinning... pun intended. Looks good if it works as advertised. Suppodidly it bonds at a molecular level so chipping should be non existant. I'll do my mailbox first then see what else I can paint. If they have a bright silver, then I'll do a set of Tamiya Porsche wheels I just bought in ebay.

Please keep us informed about how painting your mailbox goes. I've got my eyes set on painting a set of these Yokomo rims either gray or silver.
