is it really important change my stock servo to high torque servo in my touring car? cause i heard it is important for truck and buggy but i never heard for touring car.

It depends. More torque is always better, but if you aren't racing, the servos included in radio sets will do OK: Most have 50-56 oz-in of torque and sub 0.20 second reaction times. If you are racing for fun, maybe a new servo would help steer with a little more authority, but it may not be necessary. If you are racing on a pretty competitive level, a better servo will probably help a lot.

Servos i'd recommend:
Steering servo:
Hitec HS5625MG - Digital High Torque Metal Geared Dual Ball Bearing, excellent for the money, about $55
Hitec HS625MG - High Torque Metal Geared Dual Ball Bearing NOT Digital, good deal but for a few extra bucks you get the digital one above, about $50
JR Racing Z590M - Semi High Torque (85 oz. in.), good response time, metal geared, dual ball bearing, NOT digital, good deal, about $40
Throttle servo:
Any of the above or any of these
Hitec HS475HB - Resin gear with metallic flakes embedded in resin, top ball bearing, good torque and response time, about $20
Futaba S3004 - Resin gear, top ball bearing, kinda lacking in torque but average response time, about $14
