Should I thin it with Tamiya thinners prior to shooting or water?

Although their Polycarbonate paints claim it's water-soluable, I'd recommend the thinner to properly thin the stuff. I used the Tamiya thinner to help airbrush a Lexus LS400 shell (http://www.radiocontrolzone.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=113083). It's not as if they were selling you a bottle of water, their thinner distinctly had some kind of alcohol smell to it, but I couldn't tell what kind of commercial name thinner equivalent would apply... acetone, keytone..... not tolulene -- that's for laquer-based paints.

I was spoutin' off some choice words at the "water-soluable" claims a few times after painting when I ended up scrubbing the sink for at least 30 minutes. I poured the excess paint down the drain, but it stained the porcelain... and trying to scrub it out with tap water wasn't doing the trick.
