i have an rs4 sport2 and i was wondering if i used this body:

Skyline r34 (http://www2.omnimodels.com/cgi-bin/woi0001p?&I=HPIC7327&P=O)

with 3 mm offset wheels, would the tires stick out of the body?

If your chassis is 190mm wide, then get the 190. If your chassis is 200mm wide, get the 200, HPI makes a choice of 2 Skyline styles for the 200 width.

yes they will stick out a bit.
if i remember correctly the rs4 sport2 is a 190. itll be barely noticeable tho. and if it is noticable just adjust ur camber in a bit so its not that noticeable.

I dont think itll make that much of a diffrence, What brand rims are they?
Itll look like the rim is really flushed but wont stick out, I dont think

hmm....the rims are by HPI also....

i used to have a porsche 911 turbo 190mm and that fit very well (as flush as u can get it without touchin the body) with the offset rims.....i was just wonderin if that will be the same with the skyline...
