Maxing out RC10T3 top end

I have a Team T3 and want to max out the speed of the truck. I have a Novak 610rv (14T?) and Dynamite Power Pulse (13T).
I currently have a 20T and 17T motors and use 3000NiMH.

What set up would max out top end speed on smooth dirt?
What set up would be ideal for sand (w/ paddle tires)?

For smooth dirt slap in the 13 turn motor and a 20 tooth pinion gear. Gear up or down accordingly thereafter. You should fly. Dunno bout paddles though. Good luck.
