What can you do to it? Buy a Savage and run it over! j/k I'd say if you want to waste $1000 on a T-maxx which is something I'd never think is a good idea but if you do go with all Hardcore aluminum, Titanium parts like all the arms, skids, shocktowers, bulks, bumpers, bodyposts, what ever else to dress it up if you want. Get some aluminum rims or get some big Joes for it. big bore shocks, high torque MG steering servo and a new radio like an FM. That should easly drain atleast 1000 from your cash fund. Hope I helped waste all your cash! lol :D

i would say get the unlimited engineering lev 3 ext suspension. but you would have to change the moter. i would go with the sirio tmaxx 3.0 engine

i'd go with the sm chassis and a hyper 8 port, cvds widetrack or ext suspension, tranny gears etc...

Id go with the SuperMaxx Stage 3 Suspension(racer x for racing). Seriously powerful MG high speed servo. Ti. skid plates. Supermaxx MP 7.5 bulkheads and diffs. You said not to change the engine but if I were you and were going to spend $1000 Id definatly get a Supermaxx Stage 3 .21 Chassis and nice .21 engine. Supermaxx 10mm FOC. RRP steel spur gear slipper kit, and alum. brake kit. Mulcher tires mounted on RPM clawz wheels with a GMC Sierra Low Profile body. That should go through that $1000 like it was nothing. :D

Oh ok, lol. Instead of the Supermaxx .21 Conversion you could go with the XTM or the RC Limited if you went with the RC Limited though you would have to buy CVDs. You could upgrade the diffs to kipster and RRP gears and buy alum. bulks. Slipper and brake kits arn't a must but if you don't get a .21 conv. you should think about some alum. braces. If nothing else Id definatly look into that stage suspension kit.

Just so you know that 1000$ any cash will not make you the best maxx. You'd have to start with a big block conversion kit first then get something like the Sirio .27 11port engine to put in it. Then go form there, that would be the only way to even compete with some of these supermaxxes out there!

He said he doesn't want to change the engine, guys.
Besides, almost any .21 conversion short of a hybrid will be slower than, or as fast as a 2.5.

speedydave- He asked about it here "o.k so is this in the price range a 21 o.s and i need is some storng gears to hold the power right or i will put this in to a track or in to the the truck or ATV". A .21 can beat the new TRX engine if it is geared properly.

My bad!
I still think that for the money, the 2.5 is the best engine for the T-Maxx. You don't need to get super expensive with the tranny hopups, and it still will hit 40mph stock, and do wheelies like no tomorrow.

speedydave- I agree. Especially since it comes with the maxx it dosn't cost anything more and it is a great engine. But if you plenty of money burning a hole in your pocket then a .21 should be considered.

He needs to get Vertigo Performance aluminum chassis braces, rpm bulk braces, titanium skid plates, cvd's, aluminum shocks such as big bores or the losi/dynamite Tmaxx shocks, lundsford titanium turnbuckes and hing pins, a good tuned pipe, rrp double disc slipper with steel spur gear, rrp high performance brake kit, high torque metal gear servo, proline servo saver steering system, rpm skid wear plates, and an rrp vented fly wheel. Maybe some of those big joes 40 series tires and wheels.

Rpm bulkhead braces are far superior to the stock braces:D
Vertigo Performance was formally known as Ballistic Stupidity. They make some nice high quality stuff. I have a few of there parts on my T Maxx
http://www.vertigoperformance.com/
He might also want to use GA's new three shoe aluminum TMaxx clutch kit.
