what engine for under $200 is the strongest for the stock savage? i wan rpm and hp. also, how much can i expect from the stock .21 if i sold it on ebay?

Ofna/Picco .26 for $170-$180 is the best engine under $200, and you can get from $80-$110 for your stock engine on eBay.
