 Okay, yesterday my 2.5 Tmaxx ran perfectly. Tonite it was acting REALLY weird. It was very difficult to start, and it didn't want to idle. It would only run like it was at 1/2 throttle, and was lacking power...sometimes for a second or two it would run normal, then it would stall...be hard to start, and then alternate between decent performance and terrible...Nothing changed since yesterday, and I always do proper after run ops. I'm just kind of at a loss as to where to start...so was hoping you gents could give me some advice as to where I should start. Thanks, and sorry for the looong post. Thanks.

Are you sure the weather conditions were exactly the same both days??? I find that tuning daily, even for slight variations in the weather, has become a normal procedure. Even when the temp is basically the same as before, there are other factors that can throw the tune out of whack, such as the humidity. Also, in cleaning your truck after running, you could have accidently bumped the needles, and upset the settings you had beforehand.
How about your glowplug??? Have you tried a new one, yet??? That may be your problem. If that's not it, I would look for an air leak somewhere in the fuel lines. Even a pinhole can cause poor performance of the mill.

Just a few suggestions... hope it will help some.

First thought is Glow Plug. I have had mine since December and have been thru 3 of them. Replace it first then look for other problems
