Ok I have both the Fun Piccolo and the Century HummingBird and I have been asked which one is better for the beginer well lets see here is how I will awnser the question for a person who does not want to build a kit just load up ther gear charge the battery and start flying as soon as they can The Century HummingBird gets my vote, for toughness and you need this because you will crash alot when your learning The Humming Bird wins again. ( when flying practice over carpet also a good idea if you fly outside and I find this works for me get a little door mate and use it as a landing pad helps in a couple ways keeps you bird from skiding around when on the ground and you can try landing on a spot helps in building your skill to fly..) I also thinl that the Humming bird is more stable near the ground also. I tought myself to fly in a rather small space a room with a clear space about 6ft by 6ft not what I recomend but you can do it if you have a large living room 10 by 10 space of open carpet works well.

so overall I like the hummingBird..

Is this little capable of any 3D? Also, do you know where I can get some upgrades for it?

is the required hummingbird batt. 8.4 volts? if they are do u think that it could lift my 3000 mah 7-cell pack? its 8.4 volts and it would give the bird a huge flight time if they werent too heavy. i am interested in getting a hummingbird, do all the kits come w/ gyros and stuff? thanks

The 8.4 volt battery pack uses AAA cell batteries. Your 3000mah pack uses sub C cell batteries, and would be way to heavy.
