ya pedeman is right
if you want a txt1 your going to put in 300 dollars into IT (super roosters, and good motors and a nice radio) to make the txt-1 fun like the emaxx.. so if you got $$ get the txt1 but if youR looking for a deal go with the emaxx its way faster than a txt1 ANY DAY!

I have the E-maxx and just put new wide RPM arms on it, it performs really good stock and would be awsome with a Hacker BL or new Novak dual motor setup on it. As for the TXT-1 I am thinking of getting one for crawling and power instead of racing like the E-maxx. If you leave the stock motors and upgrade to a super rooster esc and get a radio your in for atleast $500! Not very cheap for a truck that will go like 10mph. Just an idea on the situation.:)

TXT. The frame and design are spectacular, and I guarantee you, fast motors/ESC for a TXT will cost less than an aluminum space frame-whatever chasis/suspension for an emaxx.
Allthough, if all you care about is speed(not what MT's are made for IMHO) get the emaxx.
Personnally,rock crawling/climbing + durability is what I like, that's why I'm into the TXT.

Everyone only cares about speed these days. The TXT-1 is for ROCK CRAWLING. Not going to a BMX track and bashing, although someone at MaxxTraxx has a BL in his TXT-1, lol. :)
