2.5 in nitro rush

I asked this in the rush forum, but Ill ask this here to where more people will see it. Will a TRX 2.5 fit directly into a nitro rush? I believe the shafts are different size, but I might be wrong. Thanks.

The stock 2.5 shaft is essentially a short shaft (just like the one used by the RC10GT and the T-Maxx) and will not fit using the stock flywheel and other parts. It may be possible to use the front mounting holes and a different flywheel and it will work.
