I just got my Airtronics MX-3. the traxxas servos in my E-maxx dont fit into the slots on the reciever. How do i change the plugs so that they do?

If your Traxxas servos have the 'extra' little tab that sticks out on the side, and if that's why they don't fit your receiver, you can just carefully trim that off with some scissors or (even more carefully) an exacto knife. Just try to get the tab completely off and have the edge as flush as possible, without cutting too much of the meat of the plug off.

same thing happened to me(same radio, same servos) Get a dremel, and spool up all the rpm. make very slow and very shallow passes on the tab and it should fit after.

in the future, if i have problems with compatability between other brands, is there a way to change the connectors?

You can change the connectors, but once the tab is removed the plug should fit all the brands anyway...
