Bigger, badder, tougher...40 Series components; this is what Pro-Line’s customer service representative Jessica Cook reports when talking with 40 Series product owners. “I just want a few more tire selections for the 40 Series wheels,” says an avid Pro-Line product user. Well Pro-Line fans, we answered your calls. Introducing the latest 40 Series upgrade for your T-MAXX, E-MAXX, 2.5 MAXX, Savage, and Terra Crusher trucks…the 40 Series Masher and 40 Series Dirt Hawg.

The Masher design emulates that of its 2.2” and standard T-MAXX counterparts. Its multi-surface tread design shines on backyard type surfaces, grips like no other tire on rocks, and transitions smoothly to the streets of the neighborhood.

The Dirt Hawg tread is no stranger to the off-road market as well. Its 2.2” predecessor is one of the most sought after tires for 1:10 scale trucks over the past 10 years. The 40 Series inherits the same characteristics as the 2.2” version while enhancing the tread design for the new millennium. The Dirt Hawg lugs now include a ridge along the outer most portion of each. The additional ridge adds a unique style and look while allowing each lug to flex, therefore, enabling the tread to adhere greater to the surface below.

Both 40 Series tires are equipped with oversized impact firm foam and backed with Pro-Line quality, style, and performance. Remember, when looking for the latest monster truck trends, check out the new 40 Series Masher and 40 Series Dirt Hawg tires…Simply the Best!

Features:
· Low-profile design for unmatched performance
· Innovative and made from soft M2 compound
· Fits new 40 Series wheels for MAXX, Terra Crusher, Savage, MGT, and TXT-1

Masher 40 Series Part #1105-00 $33.00/pair

I wonder why they don't do the obvious and release a bow-tie tire?

Bow-tie tires are usually used for racing, and theres no point of having a dub looking rim for racing, you want to run the lightest rim possible. The foam inserts also must be thinner and not adequate for racing.

A big joe DISH wheel with a low-profile bow-tie tire and 2 stage insert would not only be as light or lighter then a regular bow tie, it'd perform MUCH better on the track because of the less flex in the sidewall and wider contact patch

rims weigh less than tires so if you make the wheels bigger and take off some of the tire material it would be lighter. Unless your running aluminum wheels.

what they really should do is make a standard maxx bowtie tire that is the same width as a standard maxx rim. That would be good.

Why? What's wrong with the stock engine?

Nothing. It just isn't strong enough to push these things, unless you changed the gearing BIG TIME.

He should just change the gearing.
