silver 27mhz reciever i got with my m8 in a trade ?? what is it

just wondering what this silver reciever i got with an M8 i traded some radios with. this thing is really small smaller then the blue airtronics reciever. its 27mhz. any info would be helpfull thanks.

and also are they any good ? id like to see pictures if youve seen one or can take one for me because i dont see stickers where the ch1 ch2 or batt plug in.

If it's rectangular, it's probably a Novak Mercury

If it's more square, it's probably a Tekin

I've had a Mercury and mine worked fine. HOWEVER, I was told by an expert that Mercurys are bad for glitching due to a fragile component that gets damaged during crashes.... I don't know.. Whatever works for you....

If it's a mercury then watch out for the crystal falling out.
