Hey,

I'm a novice racer that needs a new set of tires/rims for my tc3. My question is that do dish rims really make a difference? I would get them but they are so ugly. Plus, everyone at the track uses them, and I don't want to be so cookie cutter. I would appreciate opinions.

If you're racing seriously, then dish rims are the way to go. They may not be the best looking rims, but they cut drag significantly. If affect, they turn your car into a missile.

You don't like satellites? (Yea, thats what I call them.)

The inside of my car is usually cleaner when I run satellites, probably because of the lack of holes for dirt to enter.

That's another reason why I like dishes. They do keep the dirt and pebbles down to a minimum.

If your not gonna go hardcore with your racing, then just use what you want to,You probably won't notice much of a difference anyway.

Hmm, I wouldn't really care about the slight performance gain, but the cleanliness sold me. Seems like less crap to get into my bearings, and stuff. Thanks guys.
