Tiny control throws

I need a rough idea how much control travel I should set my Tiny up with. The plans (downloaded from R/C Microflight) don't say anything about this for models built with the conventional tail. I want to set it up fairly docile for the first few flights. Also, I'm thinking I read somewhere that the aileron/rudder coupling should be set up to give more rudder travel in one direction than the other. Does anyone know about this?

P.S. I am using the GWS "A" motor/gear and the 10x4.7 prop from my Litestick if for some reason that might make a difference to the control throws.
